Comfort Suites Lake Ray Hubbard

My kids and I was booked into room 101 at first. There was blood stains on the bedding and the shower was cracked and looked disgusting!!!! The floor was soaked from the shower ang my daughter was playing and got her clothes soaked. So I asked to be transferred to a different room. So we went into room 222 and there is freaking mold on the ceiling!!! The floor has nasty sticky stuff on the floor who knows what it could be. Front desk lady was so sweet and bless her to having to work at this place that obviously does not care about quality. The halls smell like weed and I know that’s nothing they can control but wow.

Great place. Would stay here again. I really liked how every room is a suite with a little sitting area. The breakfast was amazing. The hot food was different every day. One day was sausage and biscuits another was sausage, ham, and eggs. The beds were amazing. The mattress was good quality and there was a mattress topper on them. The rooms were clean. Under the mini fridge was dirty and looked liked the fridge had defrosted there and wasn't cleaned up. Some of the furniture had a little wear on it, but nothing bad.There was a little trouble with the hot water one night, but we didn't bother calling the front desk as it was our last night so that's on us. Pet friendly and nice location. They have bobtail semi parking and would probably let you park with a trailer as long as you stayed out of the way. Several semis with trailers parked at the end of the road beside it. Not too hard to get to even with construction.

Getting to the hotel was quite interesting, but once you arrive all is well. From upper floors you have a great view of the lake. Hotel is clean, but room interior could use an update. We had no remote for either television in the suite... Some of the front desk staff are lax with security measures, but the GM is extremely pleasant and professional. Morning breakfast lacked in so many ways... No water, no juice... but overall a decent place to rest. Would go back if on the area.

This awesome hotel offers pet stays with their masters and allowed us to truly enjoy our holiday visit! Mgr., Liz was all too helpful and a wonderful hostess ! I truly recommend this hotel to feel the care of having your mom looking out after you! The maid service was exceptional as well as I didn't want them to bother us nor our dogs, and anything we needed was there simply for the asking. The ample breakfast got us through to a late lunch. every day of our stay, too. These reasons are why we are and will continue to look forward to being repeat customers !!! ****Keep in mind that as long as visitors are responsible with and clean up after their pets they will be welcome again and again.

Nice and clean very friendly service. Nice landscaping. Next to a few resterants and convenient stores. Handicap friendly, elevators, coffee & water round clock. I only seen 1 washer 1 dryer on my floor. Not sure about other floors. Huge breakfast area. Overall very pleasant close to a lake. I enjoyed my stay.

I stayed here for almost 6 weeks after I had a fire in my home. It was a very good experience. The staff was very nice and housekeeping was very good. Any issue was addressed immediately. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a very good room on the third floor almost directly above the lobby. I really enjoyed their free breakfasts, with their little waffle maker that makes Belgium waffles in the shape of Texas. It was a good experience during a very stressful time in my life.

Place is pretty clean. Room was great, breakfast not so great. Bacon was swimming in a pool of grease. Eggs were dry and stuck to the warmer. Non fresh things were great. Staff started cleaning up and removing food before breakfast time was technically over. So we were lucky to grab breakfast when we did.

My stay was excellent. I was a walk-in without a reservation. The manager on duty was very accommodating. She found me a room with a discount and that I could check in early. The room was very clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well organized and equipped. The hotel atmosphere was quiet and comfortable as the staff discreetly went about their duties. I was automatically checked out in advance. Even the parking lot was clean and conveniently located for safe and easy use. I have absolutely no complaints at all. This was the second time that I stayed here. I highly recommend this hotel.
